If you are a nerd for the Worldview (publication by the National Peace Corps Association) then you are probably already aware of this really awesome opportunity pre-service and post-service: a mentorship.
The idea of going home can be so overwhelming - I hear stories of returned volunteers who break down in the middle of a grocery store because there is an entire aisle for salad dressing...
So I was pleased to read in the latest Worldview that RPCVs are doing something about this...RPCVs who have been home for over a year can become Mentors and RPCVs who have just returned can apply to be Mentees.
